Login into your Voinga account, on the top navigation bar click on Games tab. On the new page, select the game you wish to play. Go through the instructions on how to play the game. Click start game and the game begins automatically

Voinga.com every day on 1st login gives you 5 unplayed levels to play. So if you want to more levels to play, start playing current levels and login every day. You will get newer levels everytime. Whats more you may even end up earning Voins on these levels.

HOW IS MY DAILY/ WEEKLY/ MONTHLY SCORE CALCULATED?
We only consider your best performance to calculate your score. Your Daily Score is sum of your high scores on each level for that day Your Weekly Score is sum of your Daily Scores for 7 days of the week Your Monthly Score is sum of your Daily scores for all days of the month So the more you play daily, the more score you can get and you can win great prizes.
WHEN DOES A WEEK START & END OR A MONTH START & END?
At Voinga.com, we always keep things simple for our users – There will be 4 weeks in every month at Voinga. Dates of each week will be
Week 1 – 1st to 7th
Week 2 – 8th to 14th
Week 3 – 15th to 21st
Week 4—22nd to 28th
Months include all dates in the month – So every month starts at 1st and ends with last date of the month whether it is 28th, 30th or 31st
HOW DO I IMPROVE MY SCORE?
You can play every level in every game, as many times as you want. Only your high score on each level every day will be taken to determine Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Scores. So if you don’t score well, you can play the level again & again to improve until you are on top of leaderboard.
HOW DO I CHECK MY PAST PERFORMANCE?
All your past scores & ranks upto 30 days are visible on ‘MY DASHBOARD’ page at ‘Scorecard Details’ section. You can view the scores for past 4 days or click on view more to see details

HOW DO I WIN PRIZES?
Prizes are given away based on your score for the period. You win the Daily Prize if you have highest score for the day. You win the daily runner up prize if you are in top 200 scorers of that day. Similarly, weekly & monthly prize winners are calculated
HOW DO I EXCHANGE VOINS FOR FREE MOBILE TALKTIME?
You can exchange Voins for free mobile talktime when you have minimum 1000 Voins. You can click on ‘Exchange for Talktime’ button on ‘My Dashboard’ page and enter details of the number you wish to recharge. Crediting of mobile balance may take up to 4 hours, usually it takes a couple of minutes. Please Note – Voinga does not verify any detail on Recharge process, it is upto the user to recharge for amount available with service provider and that number entered is correct as per requirement. In case recharge fails, voins will be credited back in your Voinga account within 2 business days
DO I GET CHARGED FOR PLAYING GAMES?
No, Voinga does not charge its users to play games. However you may be charged by your internet provider for data transfer committed during gameplay.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
To change your password, once you are logged in, go to settings and click on change password and enter the new password.
HOW DO I GET MY PASSWORD IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN IT?

I HAVE SCORE HIGHEST ON THE DAILY/ WEEKLY/ MONTHLY LEADER BOARD. WHY DO I NOT GET ANY PRIZES?
There are two reasons why a user may not receive the prize –
1. User did not follow genuine processes/ guidelines maintained by Voinga to score
2. User has already won the same prize recently & as per Voinga’s policy – every one should get a chance to win. As per our policy, a user who has won Daily prize cannot win the same prize for next 7 days Weekly prize cannot win the same prize for next 4 weeks Monthly Grand Prize winner cannot win the Monthly prize ever again We may change these conditions from time to time to update with our policies Also check these on our Terms & Conditions page
DO I GET ANY PRIZE FOR HAVE 1ST RANK AMONGST FACEBOOK FRIENDS ON FACEBOOK LEADER BOARD
User can boast & share achievements on becoming rank 1 on Facebook leader board, however user does not receive any prizes for the same. We believe, there is no bigger fun than defeating your friend at a game.
